Product Introduction:

Hard alloy sheet, also known as tungsten steel sheet, is mainly made of WC WC and Co Co powder mixed by metallurgical methods through pulverization, ball milling, pressing and sintering. The main alloy components are WC and Co. The WC and CO components in different uses of tungsten steel sheet are not consistent, and the application range is very wide.

Tungsten steel plate is one of the many materials of tungsten steel, because of its rectangular shape plate (or square) named, also known as tungsten steel plate. It is also an excellent material for making high-temperature resistant parts, wear-resistant parts, anti-shielding parts and corrosion-resistant parts.

Tungsten steel plate has excellent rigidity, high hardness, good wear resistance, high elastic modulus, high compressive strength, good chemical stability (acid, alkali, high temperature oxidation), low impact toughness, low expansion coefficient, thermal and electrical conductivity similar to iron and its alloy characteristics.


Product application scope:

High speed die and multi-station progressive die for making cold rolled sheet, EI sheet, Q195, SPCC, silicon steel sheet, hardware, standard parts, up and down punch and other thin sheets. It is also suitable for making drawing die, wear-resistant parts and stamping accessories, and die-core, stamping die, extrusion die and punching die for carbide automatic press.
