1、 Product Introduction
Ti-based steel-bonded wear-resistant alloy is a kind of cemented carbide material produced by powder metallurgy method with titanium carbide (TiC) as the hard phase, high manganese steel and other metal powder as the bonding phase, and appropriate alloying elements. 2、 Application and advantages

(1). The brand GT35 is widely used in the wear-resistant parts of the crusher. It is cast with molten high manganese steel liquid, and the alloy bar is embedded in the working surface of the wear-resistant parts. The two produce a solid metallurgical combination to prepare a composite wear-resistant part, which effectively reduces the wear of the base material high manganese steel. The maintenance and replacement amount are significantly reduced, thus reducing the cost of spare parts, in addition, the crushing ratio is improved, and the discharge rate is also significantly improved.

4、 Comparison between steel-bonded cemented carbide and YG alloy rod:
(1). The cost of steel-bonded cemented carbide is far lower than that of YG alloy rod.
(2). The combination of steel bonded cemented carbide and high manganese steel substrate can play a greater role.
(3). The two processing methods are different. The steel-bonded cemented carbide adopts the casting process, which is suitable for heat treatment, while the YG alloy rod adopts the embedding process.
(4). The service life of steel-bonded cemented carbide is longer than that of YG alloy rod, with better wear resistance and impact toughness.
