Time : 2023-01-18 Hits : 32

Titanium is a widely distributed metal element. In nature, it ranks the seventh in metal reserves and the third in metal consumption behind aluminum and iron. It is widely used in all walks of life. The density of titanium is about 60% of 4.5g/cm3 steel, but its strength is very close to that of steel, and it has the advantages of light weight and high strength. Titanium at room temperature is easy to dissolve, but does not interact with chlorine gas, nitric acid, has a certain corrosion resistance.

At present, there are mainly industrial pure titanium and titanium alloy two categories. Widely used in aerospace, weapons, chemistry, metallurgy, ship industry, Marine development and other military and civilian fields.
